Hi, I’m Scott, and I am the owner and chief of just about everything at Lithium Design, and this is my office buddy Pepper, who’s a rather large Chihuahua, believe it or not!

My Passions & Personality
I have a passion for technology and any gadget. I am a natural-born problem solver and digital evangelist who loves a challenge. Yet, I have never owned a computer console or played computer games... unless you count Excel as a game, which I use like it's my life!
I adore coffee, soup, bacon, and ham sandwiches, but not all together. My favourite number is anything with an 8 in it, and in the last eight years, I have written just shy of 10 million words of content for clients. That’s just over 26K words a week!
In 2013 I trekked to Everest Base Camp with three friends and raised £25,000 for the Alzheimers Society, a charity very close to my heart.
Backstory
I am 45 years old (I know I don't look it), and it's really payback for looking ten throughout my twenties! I'm married to Richard, and we've actually got hitched twice, Once when it was civil and the second time a proper bonafide marriage; fancy that?
We have now been married for 16 years. We live in Knutsford with our three dogs, Peanut, Pepper and Pixie.
I've done all sorts of things in my career to date. One central commonality has always been around businesses: building and scaling new and existing businesses.
I've run national outsourced payroll companies and built software to integrate the NHS with agencies to supply more cost-effective temporary nurses and doctors.
I've owned a luxury magazine, of which I'm still a significant shareholder, and I've designed and built eye-catching brands, websites and apps for as long as I can remember.
My enjoyment now comes from helping startups and existing businesses realise their digital potential via whatever means necessary.
Most recently, I have been building (in my spare time) a new, modern, affordable digital B2C local directory that will connect our unique Cheshire businesses with its residents and consumers.

We work differently than most creative companies. We don't just turn out multiple design mock-ups at you and hope you like one. We first get to know who you are, how you got started, and what challenges you are looking to overcome.
It's a simple fact that my clients invest a lot in me, and it only makes sense that I'm doing the same for them. That said, working with us relies heavily on trust and letting us do what we do best.
